Food Insecurity.

Food insecurity is a state or a condition where a group of people, or a family, or society is unable to get or consume an adequate quality or quantity of food for an active and healthy life. There are many factors contributing to food insecurity it can be because of poverty, unemployment, low Income or lack of access to government amenities. Food security increased the risk for a variety of negative health outcomes and health disparities.

We can donate food to the food bank (if we are not going to eat the food and it is still not expired) or to any other organisation in order to reduce the wastage of food and food insecurity. Government food subsidies also helps in reducing food problems, malnutrition and enhance the food production to improve the livelihood of society.
